As a result of our founders and stakeholder vision and entrepreneurship, we have been consolidating our path in line with innovation and a pioneering spirit through a constant investment in technology, production and differenced formulation of our products.
We are able to produce feed in many forms: farinated, pellets, extruded and multi-particles for all land animals. We commercialize feed and petfood in several registered brands, as well as Private Label.

Ovargado joins Sociedade Ponto Verde in the “Recicle Sempre” campaign, a campaign aimed at raising consumer awareness for the separation of all product packages. In Ovargado products packaging we help you in that task by indicating the symbol of the correct ecopoint where you should put them. Always Recycle!

Since July 2019 Ovargado, S.A. is a company with FSSC 22000 Certification in its Pet Food Division. This certification is another reason to strengthen our customers’ trust.

Waste2Value is a project that aims to value waste resulting from agricultural activity and the agri-food industry, creating new solutions for its reuse in the production of compound feed for animals; biodegradable plastics and animal wastewater treatments. INTERZOO 2022 – Nuremberg
WORLD ANIMAL DAY – 4/10/2022
On this day Ovargado has been supporting causes that promote the well-being and responsible adoption of abandoned animals. 2022 is no exception, Ovargado will support 2 institutions by donating pet food, giving UNIÃO ZOÓFILA 1 ton of pet food and CROAMO 2 tons of pet food.
ISO14001:2015
Ovargado becomes officially certified with the ISO 14001:2015 Standard in January 2023. The international standard certifies entities according to their Environmental Management System, providing for a more effective management of the environmental aspects of the activity, taking into account environmental protection, pollution prevention, legal compliance and socio-economic needs. Thus we confirm our commitment to environmental protection, accompanying the constant evolution of the market and reinforcing our credibility and trust among our customers.
Reconhecimento de Idoneidade em I&D
Late 01/02/2023 Ovargado obtained the Recognition of Suitability that certifies its competences in carrying out R&D activities in the Agro-food domain – Food engineering and advanced technologies. It is another to stand out factor from other national animal feed companies and is a differentiating and valuing factor, proving the competence to carry out R&D activities.
